The Youth Ministry at Sun Prairie United Methodist Church

Our Youth Ministry involves the middle and high school students in our community and their friends.  Our goal is to build relationships with the youth (& their families) as well as providing a safe place to encourage their faith journey with Christ.  We believe that by bringing the “happenings” of the world inside for discussion we really get a feel for what the youth deal with every day.  Surrounding them with other Christian youth who have the same questions and concerns really helps develop church-based relationships.

We have different activities inside and outside the church to enhance their passage into their adult Christian life.  Some of our activities include:  Sunday School (for middle school and high school), middle school winter retreat at Camp Grow, Mission Trips (Senior High), LOGOS and LOGOS Conference, Summer Stretch, Confirmation, Riverview Waterpark (entering 6th grade), movie nights (at the church and the theatre), Lock-ins and a lot more…
